In short

  • Your screenshots never leave your phone.
  • Parts you hide are replaced in the saved image, not just covered.
  • The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. You choose what it may use in Settings.
  • There are no accounts, and we don't sell data.

1. Who we are

Stitch is made by Syaafi Labs (Syaafi Labs Enterprise). Questions about this policy: support@syaafilabs.com.

2. Your screenshots

You pick screenshots with Android's photo picker, or share them into Stitch. They are joined on your phone and are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. The result is saved as a new image in Pictures/Stitch on your phone. Your screenshots are not changed.

3. Hiding parts

Boxes you draw with Hide parts are applied when the image is saved: the pixels underneath become black or coarse blocks. They are replaced, not layered on top, so they can't be uncovered from the saved file.

4. Recent stitches

The app keeps a list of your last 50 saved stitches (the file name, size and date) on your phone, so you can find them again. When you remove one from the list, the app asks whether to delete the image too.

5. Permissions

The app doesn't ask for any permissions. It has no access to your gallery or files beyond the screenshots you pick or share. It doesn't record your screen and doesn't use accessibility access.

6. Sharing

Images leave the app only when you tap Share and choose where to send them.

7. Feedback

If you send feedback from Settings, we receive your message, its type, your email if you give it, the app version, Android version, phone model and language. We use it only to answer you and improve Stitch, keep it for up to 12 months, and never sell or share it. Your IP address isn't stored with it.

8. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and some US states), you are asked for consent first. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices. A Premium subscription in the app turns ads off.

9. Purchases

Premium is a subscription (US$2 a month or US$20 a year) sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment and the renewal, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. Stitch only learns whether your subscription is active.

10. Children

Stitch isn't directed at children under 13.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
