Policy for Pasfit
Privacy policy
In short
- Your photos never leave your phone.
- Faces are processed only on the phone and are never used to identify anyone.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. You choose what it may use in Settings.
- There are no accounts, and we don't sell data.
1. Who we are
Pasfit is made by Syaafi Labs (Syaafi Labs Enterprise). Questions about this policy: support@syaafilabs.com.
2. Your photos
The photos you take with Pasfit, pick or share into it are framed, checked and, where allowed, given a new background by software that runs on your phone. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. Results are saved where you choose (Pictures/Pasfit).
While you work on a photo, the app keeps a private copy of it and your choices, so you can come back to it. They are deleted when you start a new photo, or after 7 days. Photos taken with the camera are not put in your gallery unless you save the result.
3. Faces
To frame the photo and check it (head size, eyes open, facing the camera), the app finds faces with Google's ML Kit, on your phone. Face data is kept in memory only while you work, never stored, never sent anywhere, and never used to identify anyone.
4. Your name and sizes
If you add a name tag, the name is remembered on your phone for next time; Settings › Forget my name clears it. Custom sizes you save stay on your phone too. Neither is ever sent anywhere.
5. Photo information
Saved photos carry no location, camera details or dates.
6. Permissions
Camera: asked when you open the camera, and used only while it's open. Without it you can still pick photos from your gallery. The app has no access to your gallery or files beyond the photos you pick or share.
7. Google Play services and ML Kit
Finding faces uses Google's ML Kit, delivered by Google Play services. ML Kit may send Google information about how it performs (such as device and app details), never your photos.
8. Feedback
If you send feedback from Settings, we receive your message, its type, your email if you give it, the app version, Android version, phone model and language. We use it only to answer you and improve Pasfit, keep it for up to 12 months, and never sell or share it. Your IP address isn't stored with it.
9. Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and some US states), you are asked for consent first. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices. A Premium subscription in the app turns ads off.

10. Purchases
Premium is a subscription (US$2 a month or US$20 a year) sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment and the renewal, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. Pasfit only learns whether your subscription is active.
11. Children
Pasfit isn't directed at children under 13.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
