What it does
A camera that guides you
An oval shows where your head goes, and one hint at a time says what to fix: closer, face the camera, more light. It takes the photo when everything is right.
Sized to the rules
Head size, eye line and crop for 20 documents (US, UK, Schengen, Canada, India, Indonesia, Philippines and more), each with its official source and the date we checked it.
Honest checks
Face, eyes, expression, light, sharpness and background are checked on your phone, with a tip for anything to fix. We never promise acceptance: the office decides.
Background only where allowed
Where the rules allow it, the background becomes white, red or blue, hair edges and all. Where they forbid editing, Pasfit only crops and helps you shoot against a plain wall.
The exact file for online forms
The right pixels and a file size inside the form's range, from China visa's 40–120 KB to exam forms' 20–50 KB.
Print sheets at true size
As many copies as fit on 4×6, A4 or Letter, with cut lines and a 5 cm check line, so a wrong printer scale shows at once.

Privacy
- Photos are made on your phone. They are never uploaded.
- Faces are found only on the phone, to frame and check the photo. They are never stored, sent, or used to identify anyone.
- Saved photos carry no location, camera details or dates.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some data. You can change your ad choices in Settings.

Pasfit sizes and checks the photo against the published rules, but only the office can accept it. We never promise acceptance, and each document links its official source.
Why won't it change the background for my US or UK passport?
Their rules forbid edited photos, as do Canada's, India's passport, Singapore's and others. For those, Pasfit only crops and checks, and helps you take the photo against a plain wall.
Can I print the photos at home?
Yes. Pick the paper in the print dialog and each photo still prints at its true size. If the 5 cm check line isn't 5 cm, set the printer to actual size (100%).
