Policy for Sign PDF
Privacy policy
In short
- Your documents never leave your phone.
- Your signatures and initials are kept only inside the app.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. You choose what it may use in Settings.
- There are no accounts, and we don't sell data.
1. Who we are
Sign PDF is made by Syaafi Labs (Syaafi Labs Enterprise). Questions about this policy: support@syaafilabs.com.
2. Your documents
The PDFs you pick or share into Sign PDF are opened and signed on your phone. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. Each signed copy is saved as a new file in Documents/Sign PDF, and your original is never changed.
The date and any text you add are written only into the signed copy. Sign PDF doesn't keep them.
3. Your signatures and initials
The signatures (up to 3) and initials (1) you draw are saved as pictures in the app's private storage on your phone, so you can use them again. No other app can see them, they are left out of Android's cloud backup, and they are never sent anywhere. You can delete them in the app; uninstalling the app deletes them all.
A signature placed with Sign PDF is a picture on the page, like signing on paper. It is not a certified digital signature.
4. Permissions
Sign PDF doesn't ask for any permissions. It has no storage permission: PDFs come from Android's file picker or are shared in by you, and the app can't see your other files.
5. Feedback
If you send feedback from Settings, we receive your message, its type, your email if you give it, the app version, Android version, phone model and language. We use it only to answer you and improve Sign PDF, keep it for up to 12 months, and never sell or share it. Your IP address isn't stored with it.
6. Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), how you interact with ads, and diagnostic information. Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and some US states), you are asked for consent first. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy choices. A Premium subscription in the app turns ads off.

7. Purchases
Premium is a subscription (US$2 a month or US$20 a year) sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment and the renewal, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. Sign PDF only learns whether your subscription is active.
8. Children
Sign PDF isn't directed at children under 13.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
