What it does
Cut out, bordered, captioned
The person, pet or thing is cut out automatically, with a white sticker border you can recolour, thicken or turn off, and a caption in four styles.
Animated cut-out stickers
Pick a few seconds of a video or a GIF: the person is cut out of every frame, with an outline that doesn't flicker. Free, like everything else.
Or any shape
A circle, a rounded square, a square or the whole picture, for pets, things and screenshots, in still and animated stickers.
Packs that arrive
Every sticker is checked against WhatsApp's and Telegram's rules before it's sent and fitted automatically, and the app names any sticker that needs a fix.
WhatsApp and Telegram
Add a pack to WhatsApp (and WhatsApp Business) or send it to Telegram. Animated stickers go to Telegram as still pictures, the only kind its import takes from other apps on Android.
Keep your packs
Packs move to a new phone with Android's phone-to-phone transfer, and back up to one file you keep, with no account.
Three steps
Pick a photo or video
From your gallery, the camera (hold the shutter for a clip), or share it in from another app.
Make the sticker
Cut-out or shape, border, caption and its emoji. Undo any step.
Add the pack
Put it in a pack, then add the pack to WhatsApp or send it to Telegram. Single stickers can be saved or shared too.
Privacy
- Stickers are made on your phone. Photos and videos are never uploaded.
- Your packs stay in the app. WhatsApp reads a pack only after you add it there; Telegram gets a pack only when you send it.
- Faces and people are found only on the phone, to cut them out. They are never stored, sent, or used to identify anyone.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some data. You can change your ad choices in Settings.

Questions
Something missing? Send feedback →Are my photos and videos uploaded?
No. Stickers are made on your phone, and your photos and videos never leave it.
Why don't my animated stickers move in Telegram?
Telegram's Android app imports only still stickers from other apps, so an animated pack goes as still pictures (each sticker's first frame). The app tells you before sending.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Your packs are deleted with it, and they may disappear from WhatsApp, which reads them from the app. Keep a backup file (Back up packs) to bring them back.
Is Kleebo made by WhatsApp or Telegram?
No. Kleebo is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Telegram; it uses the ways they offer for adding sticker packs from other apps.
