Fogly
Fogly finds what shouldn't go with a screenshot, photo or PDF: faces, card and bank numbers, ID numbers, one-time codes and passwords, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and QR codes and barcodes. In videos it follows every face, and boxes you draw over plates or signs follow them too. It hides them in a new file, checks the result, and never uploads anything.

What it does
Finds more than faces
Card numbers (with the card check), bank numbers, ID numbers such as Aadhaar, PAN, NIK, CPF and SSN, passport lines, one-time codes, passwords, emails, phones, addresses, QR codes and barcodes, and any word you type.
Text gets a solid box
Blurred or pixelated text can be read back, so text and codes are always covered with a solid box. Faces get a very coarse blur, or a box or an emoji.
Checks before you share
Before anything is saved or shared, Fogly reads the result again and tells you if something can still be found. Detection can miss things, so check before you share.
Faces in videos
Every face is found and followed through a video, one lane each to keep or hide. A box drawn over a plate or a sign follows it as it moves. Up to 100 screenshots at once, too.
PDFs hidden for real
Each page is rebuilt from its picture, so the text under a box, notes, form fields and the document's details are gone. It can be made searchable again from what's left.
Nothing comes along
Results are new files without location, camera details or hidden previews. Your originals are never changed, and edits are saved as you go.
Three steps
Pick or share
Photos, screenshots, a PDF or a video from your phone, or share a screenshot to Fogly straight from its notification.
Check what was found
Everything Fogly found is already hidden. Show what isn't private, change how faces are hidden, or cover more with a box, a brush or a word.
Save or share
Fogly checks the result first, then saves a new file or shares it. Everything you saved waits in the Library, to share again, hide more or delete.
Privacy
- Pictures, PDFs and videos are processed on your phone. They are never uploaded.
- Faces are found only on the phone, to hide them. They are never stored, sent, or used to identify anyone.
- Text read from your pictures stays on the phone and is used only to find what to hide.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some data. You can change your ad choices in Settings.

Questions
Something missing? Send feedback →Are my pictures, PDFs and videos uploaded?
No. Everything is found and hidden on your phone, and your files never leave it.
Does Fogly find everything?
No tool does. Fogly checks the result and tells you what it can still find, but detection can miss things, especially small or unclear text. Look before you share.
Why is my PDF bigger after hiding?
Each page is rebuilt from its picture, so nothing hidden stays in the file. Pictures take more space than text.
Can blurred faces be recognised?
Fogly's blur is very coarse, but people who know someone may still recognise them by their hair, clothes or surroundings. A box or an emoji hides a face completely.
